What are the healthy food for kids above 1 year?

I have kid one half year old i want to give healthy food for her can any one suggest me what are good healthy foods for the 1 year above kids

Hi....d child should be given milk products like curd, paneer, custard, semolina kheer....al kinds of fruits n raw vegies, lentins are a rich source of proteins, eggs ....

All types of leafy vegetables, fruits, lentins, fully cooked egg are best at this stage.

When you LO strats walking he may starts to show distinct preferences for food. Breast milk and fromula provided adequate nutrition for your child as a baby. You can give fruits, vegetables, eggs and high protein foods can be give to your LO

Your toddler needs foods from the same four basic nutrition groups that you do:

Meat, fish, poultry, eggs
Dairy products
Fruits and vegetables
Cereal grains, potatoes, rice, breads, pasta

Milk cannot manage for all nutrients, and thus after your child is one-year-old, the parents should start feeding him with other things for a balanced diet such as vegetables and fruit, grain products, etc.  Healthy snacks are just as important as the food you serve at meals.The best foods are whole, fresh and unprocessed fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, dairy, and meats; and home cooked meals.

Try to fresh fruits like apple banana if the kid like and milk and also try to habituate rice also
